the staff was very helpful and friendly. i especially loved the great spa, where murat helped me choose the best treatment. there was a good choice for breakfast. rooms are spacious and i had a sea view, it was a beautiful sight.

The service was attentive. During breakfast, staff greeted me warmly each morning and promptly fulfilled any requests. poolside, levent offered refreshments and ensured the area remained clean. i really liked this personal touch.

I found the gym to be well-equipped. It had enough machines and free weights for a complete workout. I also really enjoyed that the restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices throughout the day. Meals could be ordered on the terrace. The room service option extended to the sunbed area. The reception staff were attentive and fulfilled my requests promptly. I appreciated their help.
The adjoining beach club played loud music during the day. It made relaxing in the room a bit difficult.

The location is right on the beach with a lovely view. Rooms have a cool Balinese style. The Spa and Wellness area provides great treatments. I especially liked the massages. The restaurant offers amazing food.
The hotel is located right next to a busy road. I found the constant traffic noise impossible to ignore. The front desk service seemed unprofessional. When I asked about a late check-out, the receptionist immediately said no.
